  • This is a 4 month program. It is designed to equip leaders with trauma-informed strategies and skills. It starts with our online Trauma-Informed Advocate Certification Course, which spans 8 weeks. Participants then progress to our 2-Day LIVE Virtual Experience to complete the Trauma-Informed Implementation Specialist Certification. Throughout the program, leaders engage in interactive sessions, case studies, and practical exercises to apply their learning in real-world scenarios.

  • The R.E.A.L. Leaders program includes:

    —Online Trauma-Informed Advocate Certification Course: Comprehensive training covering trauma recognition, resilience-building, empathetic communication, and creating safe work environments. (8hours of content)

    —LIVE Trauma-Informed Implementation Specialist Certification Course: Interactive sessions focused on implementing trauma-informed practices in leadership roles, conducting team well-being assessments, and fostering a culture of psychological safety. (12 hours of content)

    — 4 Wellness-focused executive coaching sessions to enhance leadership skills and address specific challenges in supporting teams through trauma-informed approaches. (Four one-hour sessions)
